THE VIGOROUS IMAGE – a collector’s choice
An exhibition of British, European and American contemporary artists including Christiane Baumgartner, Peter Blake, Michael Craig-Martin, Dexter Dalwood, Jim Dine, Howard Hodgkin, Lisa Milroy, Julian Opie, Mimmo Paladino, Boo Ritson, Lisa Ruyter, Frank Stella and Joe Tilson, as makers of multiples and limited edition prints.  Selected by William Jackson and Jill George in collaboration with the Alan Cristea Gallery.

DOUGLAS DUNN – Poetry Series
In a distinguished poetic career, Douglas Dunn has won the Somerset Maugham Award, the Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize, the Hawthornden Prize, and the Whitbread Book of the Year for Elegies (1985).

The annual showcase of creative and imaginative contemporary dance from local school groups, independent dance companies and the Hampshire Youth Dance Company.

I, ELIZABETH - a Dyad Production
Elizabeth I: Queen at 25, political phoenix and famously unmarried, she was the most educated woman of her Age – but who was the woman beneath the crown? Using only Elizabeth's words, solo performer Rebecca Vaughan, explores the queen’s struggle to reconcile the desires of womanhood with the duties of sovereignty.

Devised pieces by the 6.2 Drama students for their final externally moderated assessments.

AS THEATRE STUDIES PERFORMANCES
Scripted pieces performed by 6.1 Drama students for externally moderated assessments. The programme will differ on each night.

BEDEALES DANCE PERFORMS
There’s everything from Burlesque to Contemporary in this student devised event, showcasing Dance at Bedales and giving a platform to the BAC Dance Choreographic Projects and ‘A’ Level performance work for 2012.

St Luke's Church, Chelsea

6.30pm Saturday 24 March
THE SPRING CONCERT
This year, the traditional Spring Concert will be given not in the Bedales Quad but at St. Luke’s & Christ Church, Chelsea. The programme will include performances by the Orchestra and Concert Band and extracts from Brahms’ German Requiem.
