The multi award-winning Antonio Forcione, acoustic guitarist, composer and talented artist, is a highly charismatic and inventive performer. The world acclaimed guitar master is delighted to be performing at Bedales with his vibrant and original blend of jazz, Latin, African and flamenco sounds. He will be performing songs from his brand new album “Sketches of Africa” along with some old favourites.

This year’s 6.1 performances are different for a number of reasons. Gone are the AS performances of previous years, because the course is now linear (with content only being submitted at the end of two years). We have also moved exam board from Edexcel to Eduqas. Why is this relevant? Because instead of preparing a scripted performance in large groups, this year we are sharing part-scripted and part-devised performances in small groups.
