Activities

There are a variety of school clubs for children to join. Currently these include woodwork, art, pottery, chess and French. Clubs take place either during the school day or at the end of the school day between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

Extra-curricular PE activities

These PE clubs allow children in Years 2 and Year 3 to participate in a range of physical activities and widen their experience. Specialist coaches provide a high quality of teaching. These may include:

  • Football
  • Tennis  and Cricket
  • Gymnastics (children follow the BAGA awards system)
  • Swimming/Lifesaving (Children take part in a RLSS 'Rookie' course)
  • Summer athletics/games
  • Dance
  • Golf (Tri-Golf run by the Golf Foundation)
  • Judo (children follow the BJA award scheme)
