Head Chef / Manager - Bedales Catering Department
Full Time to include early Mornings, late Night shifts. We are currently looking for a Head Chef / Manager to work within our busy Catering Department based at Dunhurst School. The successful candidate will be required to manage the unit and a small team on a day to day basis in delivering fresh, nutritious and healthy meals within a challenging school environment. You will be an accomplished chef with a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure in order to meet the required standards of hygiene, food preparation, presentation and service.
The candidate must hold a C&G 706 / 1 & 706 / 2 or NVQ equivalent.

39 hours per week term time (including Saturday mornings during term time)
Work pattern during non term time varies according to operational demands but will be 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
Permanent 52 weeks Per Year
We are currently looking for a Cleaner. The successful candidate must be able to work to a high standard with other members of the domestic team within a challenging school environment. The candidate must have a flexible approach to work and be fully committed to the domestic requirements of the school.
