Bedales and Dunhurst sporting wins this season

Bedales took a team of 12 runners to the Royal School cross country last Friday, netting fantastic results in the U15 section, with Ellie Catton winning the race followed by second placed Emily Blackley and third placed Natasha Blackley. Bedales girls’ first hockey team had their first win of the season beating KES Witley 3-2 after taking an early lead. Bedales second football XI beat St. John’s College, 2-1 and the U16B football team drew with Mayville 4-4 in a competitive game.

While at Bedales Junior School, Dunhurst, the U13 and U11 football teams remain top of their leagues and unbeaten, with the U13A team beating Mayville 5-2 and the U11team beating Kingscourt 4-0 and coming second in a tournament organised by Portsmouth Football Club. Dunhurst’s U12 netball team won five out of their six tournament matches beating teams such as Brighton College and Cottesmore. The U12A team beat Alton Convent 28-11, the U13A team beat Meoncross 20-3 and the U12B team beat Alton Convent 8-3.
