Children at Dunannie Nursery enjoy the Lighthouse Keeper’s visit

Children at Dunannie Nursery were thrilled when “Mr Grinling” from the renowned children’s story book, “The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch” came to see them along with his cat Hamish. “Mr Grinling”, who is otherwise known as Dunannie teacher David Stunt, regaled them with stories of his life by the sea and what he enjoys eating at lunch-time. However he was unable to stay for lunch as he had to take Hamish to see the vet (and David also had to teach a lesson) but the children went on to enjoy a hearty “lighthouse keeper’s lunch”.
