Dunhurst Success at Butser Hill Challenge

Dunhurst, Bedales Junior School, is celebrating success at the Butser Hill Challenge race on Sunday winning a total of 3 trophies.
Finn Mason won the Year 5 boys group, Pippa Lock came 2nd in the Year 6 girls group and Emilie Jung came 2nd in the Year 7 girls. Overall 30 pupils from Dunhurst took part in the race for the Challenge’s 30th anniversary.
Commenting on the race, Ryan Walsh, Dunhurst’s PE teacher said: “It was a great day and everyone enjoyed themselves regardless of whether they were placed or not. Completing the challenge is an achievement in itself and I am am very pleased with the pupil’s efforts and the added bonus of a few trophies to take home too.”
