Trophy Winners at Dunhurst

Pupils at Dunhurst School, the junior school at Bedales, were delighted to receive the team trophy for 1st place in a cross-country running competition organised by Oakwood School in Chichester.
The competiton for U10 and U11 boys and girls involved six schools, with 16 children from Dunhurst School taking part.
Meanwhile, the U11 girls' hockey team at Dunhurst continues to make good progress with strong wins against Oakwood and Churcher's Junior School.
Head of PE, Rachel Hearnshaw explains:
'The girls managed to transfer all the skills and tactics they've been taught into the match. It was a joy to watch and an absolute pleasure to see the teams' beaming faces as well as their parents on the side line.'
