Late last Monday evening the Sixth Form Maths Society gathered for the first meeting of 2014. The topic of discussion was The Influence of the Middle and Far East on the History of Maths.

Congratulations to the 2nd XI boys’ hockey team who beat Kings School, Winchester 3-2 on Wednesday and a special mention to Patrick Newlands who scored two goals, his first ever goals for Bedales in any competitive fixture, and to Henry Thomas-Aldridge who also scored his debut goal.
