Popular half term tennis workshops return
Bedales' popular tennis academy workshops are back this half term (Tuesday 18 - Thursday 20 February), offering local children in Years 1-8 (ages 5-13) a fantastic opportunity to develop their tennis skills, make new friends and have fun on the court.
Open to both Bedales students and the wider community, the workshops will provide expert coaching from experienced tennis instructors. Through engaging drills, games and friendly competitions, children will develop their technique, agility and strategic gameplay. As well as improving their skills on court, the workshops are also a great way to build confidence, teamwork and resilience in a supportive environment.

The workshops are designed to cater to players of all abilities, whether your child is just starting out or already has a strong passion for the game. Participants can choose from the following options:
- Years 1-3 (ages 5-8): Morning workshops, 8.30-11.30am, £45 per day
- Years 4-8 (ages 8-13): Full day workshops, 8.30am-3pm, £85 per day or half-day workshops, 8.30-11.30am, £45 per day
Greg Read, Head Tennis Coach, says: " Our tennis academy workshops are a brilliant way for children to spend the school holidays, so I'm delighted to be bringing them back for February half term. Once again, the workshops will give players the chance to explore their potential, improve their skills and build a lifelong love of tennis, in a fun and encouraging atmosphere."
Places for the workshops are limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. To reserve a place, please complete the booking form and return it to Greg Read at gread@bedales.org.uk.
