Andrew Winch established Winch Design with his wife Jane in 1986. What began as a two-person operation has since grown into a globally renowned studio of 165 people based in London. The studio is celebrated for its exceptional work designing yachts, private jets, architectural projects and interiors — realising ‘turnkey dreams’ for clients around the world.
A dyslexic designer who found creative empowerment through education at Saint Martin’s School of Art and Kingston University, Andrew began his journey with O and A Levels at Wellington College. His personal and professional path is a powerful example of how creativity, perseverance, and vision can lead to remarkable achievements. Growing up in Bosham, Andrew was a keen sailor from a young age. This lifelong connection to the sea fuelled his passion for yacht design, ultimately shaping the direction of his career.
