Tatler magazine has published its annual schools guide of the top public schools in the UK. Bedales has once again featured, with the guide highlighting “happiness, individuality and partnership” and the broad co-curricular programme across theatre, music, art, design and the outdoors. The new Japanese language Bedales Assessed Course is mentioned alongside other BACs, as well as the school’s innovative curriculum.
Following Tatler’s publication, The Daily Mail ran an article this week on the 'best schools in Britain', singling out 10 “of the most impressive schools” from Tatler’s guide, and Bedales was highlighted alongside five other senior schools. Here’s a link to the article (although note our fees are lower than stated in the piece).
Bedales has also recently featured in The Week’s 'best of the best' independent schools guide as one of the top three schools for “preparation for life”.
More locally, Hampshire Life magazine has profiled one of the newer members of the Bedales community, Head of Bedales Prep Clare Kirkham. In a 'Meet the Head' feature, Clare revealed her favourite school subject as Theatre Arts and her penchant for creative craft projects and Maryland chicken! Find out more about Clare in the full article here (with thanks to Hampshire Life).
