Bedales Senior and Prep
Parents will be required to purchase a specific school laptop, designed for learning, for students joining in Blocks 1-5 (Years 7-11).
These laptops are managed and fully supported by the school, and include all software for lessons, as well as safeguarding software to help protect your child online. Manufacturer issues are fixed free of charge, and any accidental damage or theft is also covered with a £50 excess fee per claim.
2026/27
The costs vary annually, depending on which year your child joins, but are on average as follows:

2027/28
Pricing for the next academic year has yet to be confirmed, however regretfully, due to significant global price increases for components used in laptops, we are expecting prices to rise. As pricing is still volatile, it is impossible to accurately predict what that increase will be until early 2027 however we expect a £5-£10 price rise per month.

Included in the termly fees are tuition costs for the standard curriculum, pastoral care and tutoring, laundry for boarders (excluding dry cleaning), use of the facilities, travel for most sports and games, and personal accident insurance.
Billed with the termly fees as additional charges are examination fees, visa compliance, medical support from and registration with the Swan Surgery (Boarding pupils), Learning Support/EAL, transport, academic books, materials and consumables for student’s own projects, and school trips.
We review our fees annually and may increase them in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Fees and extras are due before the start of each term and are payable by termly Direct Debit. As an alternative to paying termly, you can opt to manage school fees more conveniently by spreading the cost over 12 monthly payments with School Fee Plan*.
