Fees
Parents will be invoiced termly in arrears based on the number of instruments being taught. The normal expectation is that 30 lessons per instrument will be offered during the academic year. These will be billed at 10 per term and any adjustment, to reflect the number of lessons actually received, will be carried out at the end of the academic year. Lessons at the Prep and Pre-prep will be lower and reflect the shorter length of the lessons, normally 30 minutes. Musical instruments can be hired from the school. Included in the termly fees are tuition costs for the standard curriculum, pastoral care and tutoring, laundry for boarders (excluding dry cleaning), use of the facilities, travel for most sports and games, and personal accident insurance.
Billed with the termly fees as additional charges are examination fees, visa compliance, medical support from and registration with the Swan Surgery (Boarding pupils), Learning Support/EAL, transport, academic books, materials and consumables for student’s own projects, and school trips.
We review our fees annually and may increase them in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Fees and extras are due before the start of each term and are payable by termly Direct Debit. As an alternative to paying termly, you can opt to manage school fees more conveniently by spreading the cost over 12 monthly payments with School Fee Plan*.
